Original research paper should be submitted. The paper will neither be submitted to any other journal for review nor published. Paper should be submitted an English language. Proof reading of the paper must be done prior submission. All papers will go under double blind peer review process.

The recommended font is 12-point Times New Romans, double spaced and A4 size with normal margin. Tables, figures and references will be on APA format.

Paper should have appropriate title; abstract with at least 5 key words; introduction; methodology; and conclusion and way forward.
